My Outlook Email Has Been Frozen by an Incoming Piece of Mail!!HELP!!

I received some email last night into Outlook. When I went to delete it and highlighted it to delete it (it was the first of the group) it opened two windows, the first asking for a download and the second asking me to choose what geographic area to come from. Interestingly there is no choie on the geographic area. I have to sign off the computer to get out of the program lock. I have rebooted Outlook 5 times and it always goes to the above described scene. I imagine this is a virus. What to do?? I have the free version of Zone Alarm on my computer. Help!

I have a question for any computer gurus out there. I am working on a web page for a friend of mine and I made the little radio buttons from scratch. They are all the same, except for the words on the buttons. I put the buttons into the page and all of the buttons show up in frontpage. Ok, so far so good right. Then when I publish the darned page, all of the buttons are there except for the button that says sponsors. It doesn't matter where I put the button, it doesn't matter what format I make the button in, I've even tried to make the button in several different programs. It shows up if I don't make it a hyperlink, but as soon as I try to link the darn thing, it disappears. I have even tried to load it with an FTP program.

The strange thing is, when I view source, the code is there. HELP!

Download MailWasher [freeware]. Install it and configure it to read your mail.

Before ever opening Outlook, use MailWasher. It "pre-screens" mail before it actually downloads it to your system. You can, thus, weed out potentially harmful emails.

After you get MailWasher running, have it get mail from your normal Outlook source (your mail server). Use MailWasher to delete the offensive email.

Note: This will only help on future emails. [I habitually run MailWasher before ever opening Outlook to get mail.]

and all of the buttons show up in frontpage

I use notepad for all my coding. If you freepmail me the code though I can take a look (albeit I am getting ready to head from work and eat some fried chicken and go to bed, so it might be awhile).

Thank you for the infomation about Mail washer. You are saying it will not help with the one which is locking up the computer now. Is there anything that will? Besides a shotgun...

After you fix your email and run your anti-virus program, I recommend you only open emails through a third party server. I have Earthlink and they have a webmail server and its very easy to use. There is no need at all to risk another virus infection. All ISP should provide this type of service free of charge (included in ISP fees). Also, you may access your email from any computer safely.
