You've got to me kidding me! I'm most of the way through Book Three (the first book of TTT), and as you probably know, that book is centered on the Battle of Helm's Deep and the return of Gandalf. Book Four is all about Frodo, Sam, and Gollum, and therefore, I saw parts of Book Four portrayed in the TTT movie. So, are you saying the movie only covered half of this material from both books of TTT?

Sort of. The movie ends with the Battle of Helms Deep, the Ent's destruction of Isenguard, and Sam, Frodo, and Gollum leaving Faramir, and going off to Mordor with a hint that Gollum is leading them into a trap. Much, much more happens in the book, by the end of TTT, which I won't go into here; apparently, most of this will be added to the beginning of the ROTK movie.

Also, after seeing this movie--I admit that this woman could steal the heart of any man.

As characters in the film, Eowyn has it hands down over Arwen.

I absolutely agree. Arwen's role in the first movie was nothing like Tolkien portrayed--and I imagine that Peter Jackson invented it to create an appeal for a "strong woman" character---kind of a "Arwen--WARRIOR PRINCESS." It was not effective. Tolkein certainly created Eowyn as a warrior in Return of the King--but I guess Jackson felt he could not wait that long.
