If I had any CDs, they'd be in the trash by now. Thankfully, I never wasted my money on these no-talent air-heads.

In a separate statement Thursday, Maines said, "I feel the president is ignoring the opinion of many in the U.S..." Yes, he's ignoring the 20 percent who agree with you and listening to the 71 percent that agree with him.

same with me, I'm boycotting, but not changing a thing.
To: PJ-Comix
If we want to send a message to the Chicken Hollywood yard, maybe we should fry the Dixie Chicks.
If the Dixie Chicks find this kills their cackling singing career, maybe other Hollywood types who find it fashionable to go to Europe and bash our President and our troops while supporting a murderous dictator like Saddam thinking it will boast their careers, will take note.

We can name it "The Avalance Tour -- Downhill at 100 mph".
I don't know why I always think the name of the song is "Avalanche" even as the words are running through my head as "Landslide".

That Landslide has become a train wreck. Can you imagine the infighting at this point? Talk about your catfights!

To: JohnHuang2
Laura Inghram (sp?) made the point on Imus this morning that Ms. Maines waited until after their U.S. tour was sold out to make this statement. Note also that Maines said it in London and not in Dallas.

We will hear about "Stress from touring" , "Excessive use of prescription drugs", "Emotional breakdown", and "Vulnerability from some boyfriend with leftist ideas"

That explains why you don't like them - they're not country! I had to stop listening to country stations after they & Shania took over.

hu-ah! Added the chicks to my boycott list, they are #100 of entertainers that won't see a dime of my money...and my wife and daughter wanted to go to their concert, but they said "screw that"! When are these people gonna learn? I wish they'd said that at their Dallas show!! They are getting spanked on their website!!
To: JohnHuang2
I like Twain too. I just wish she would stop singing and show us the goods. It's really the only reason she's so popular.
