The Hobbit Hole IV – The Road Goes Ever On…
Posted on 08/04/2003 9:43:18 AM PDT by HairOfTheDog
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
The Road Goes Ever On
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Well, we got the Christmas tree set up. I managed to keep the kids laughing and happy...Joshua kept hugging me and telling me how beautiful the tree was. You'd think everything was dandy...except Steve pointed out an ornament that was facing inward instead of outward and I told him that I didn't care.
Ah well, I don't have any real troubles. I actually know someone that threw up a tree once!

Good for you! I'm glad you got it all done. Is it time for Tension Tamer now?
To: Wneighbor; osagebowman
Well, I would like some cannas. Do you still have my address or should I freepmail it again? And would you like some postage $$$? Yeah, what she said.
To: 2Jedismom
Ugh.
I'd have gone nuts too!
The awful tunes they have to listen to all day..

Corin & WN; sent you a freepmail; :-)
To: HairOfTheDog
Hair; sounds like plan, on both counts. ;-) I'll bet the horses will enjoy the timber pasture this winter.
Well, G'nite all

Spiderboy and I... Luke is wearing some vey cool Spiderman PJs. They've got a mesh "web" connecting the arms and the sides. He still prefers to be Superman tho.
Spiderboy still feelin' okay? Luke's got a cough/cold, but that's standard for us (he's got respiratory "issues"). We went thru the tonsils/adenoid thing in the spring. Luke's adenoids were so large they were closin' up his throat when he was laying down. That was vey scary. Didn't enjoy the operation/recovery process, but it's made a world of difference for him.

g'nite folks, here's a night light...
To: Corin Stormhands
g'nite Corin! Thanks
Ho! Ho! Ho!
To: Corin Stormhands
Oh, pretty lights! G'nite all!
To: Corin Stormhands
They've got the same pj's. Spiderboy loves that webbed shirt.
Yeah, he's doing much better now. He started helping in the garden, but his sandbox and Tonka trucks were too much to resist. He did like planting flower seed thought.

Do cannas grow well in pots? :)
Made it back a while ago: the warning light didn't come on and I didn't hit any owls or deer on 435. Plane was late though.
