The Hobbit Hole IV – The Road Goes Ever On…
Posted on 08/04/2003 9:43:18 AM PDT by HairOfTheDog
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
The Road Goes Ever On
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

YES YOU CAN!!
Oh, Hair, talked with mstar last night...she said she will get FFrodo to me on the 3rd or 4th of September...I plan to take him on part of the tour on the 6th...but would like to know from you when I need to get FFrodo to the next person. That way I can plan an "exit strategy" for the little guy.

So many possibilities!Hm? :\
I suppose I'm bein' silly. On the other hand, I guess in a way I'm almost more curious than worried.
Did I mention my friend's brother is in Manhatten? Double whammy! I think they have power now, though.

OH WHERE OH WHERE should Frodo GO?

Well, a brave curious person would just call, now, because she was curious! Why not?

At this point, I'm thinkin' I'd like to stall until late September or thereabouts - get some fall foliage pictures with him. So I maybe should get on the list soon, but not quite yet.
To: HairOfTheDog
I don't have his number! It's on my table at home. I need to put it in my contacts. But I forgot.
But when I DO get it...you're right...why not? Can't do any harm!

Why not! [[[GRIN]]]

Stylesheet?
Had some trouble with that partucular page at first?
Looks neat, especially the little figures at the top..
A small question for any who will see this.. Bloomburg stuck some info up on the NYC website last night for those without power...
If you're without power, how would you see the info on the website?

Quiz didn't work for me. I had too many ties. Besides, it's aimed at guys, apparently. The "who would you date" questions are a bit weird...

Quiz didn't work for me. Sorry. It was still a less questionable choice than the "Which Rocky Horror Picture Show Character Are You?" or the "Which Mel Brooks Movie are You?"
To: RosieCotton
Besides, I'd never hear the end of it if I posted the "Which Musical Are You?" test...
To: Corin Stormhands
Why? I like musicals!

Ok, now this one is a little embarassing...
I am an Asteroid.
I am a drifter. I go where life leads, which makes me usually a very calm and content sort of person. That or thoroughly apathetic. Usually I keep on doing whatever I'm doing, and it takes something special to make me change my mind. What Video Game Character Are You? |

I am a Gauntlet Adventurer.
I strive to improve my living conditions by hoarding gold, food, and sometimes keys and potions. I love adventure, fighting, and particularly winning - especially when there's a prize at stake. I occasionally get lost inside buildings and can't find the exit. I need food badly. What Video Game Character Are You? |
