I sit on the floor just feet way from the TV. I don't like closed captioning...it irritates me to have it down there...so I don't use it on the first viewing of a DVD...just after I've seen it a few times and if there is something I just keep missing.

Alkhin still has him. I spoke with her last week about it. I think she was going to get in touch with you about his schedule.
Aimee' says thank you, I could not have done this without her help. Hope everyone enjoys.

but it's awkward when I'm with a bunch of people I don't know to just come out and say "Hey! I'm deaf as a post and if you say something and I either 1. ignore you or 2. answer you inappropriatly...just REPEAT what you said!" LOLWell, they'd prolly do one of two things 1) They'll all laugh, and say "Not a problem" in which case the burden will be off you and you can just ask folks to repeat things, or 2) they'll just stare at you like you're some sort of nut, in which case you can just ignore THEM the whole time in which case the burden will STILL be off you. In either case you'll know where you stand!

I just love the picture of Flat Frodo in front of "Johnny Reb"!
To: HairOfTheDog; mstar
Does anyone remember these:
* He must be cared for in a better manner than you care for yourself! * No kissing the standee and no "compromising" Frodo scenarios, no matter how drunk you are or how funny it may seem at the time!
HMMM?
Great report.

I'll have to wait until SSQ gets home to have him hook up the other mouse in a different place on the box so that I can download the pics. Is this on the laptop or on your older computer? Either way, the other mouse should just go in the round port in the back - usually they'll have a picture of a mouse next to it.
But at this point it's late enough in the day that I'm sure everyone can wait until SSQ gets home! ;)
Fifteen minutes to quitting time for me...

A pictorial history of Roy... Really enjoyed this...thanks!
So does Jar Jar get a similar post once she starts laying and thus graduates to hen-hood?

Well, the whole thing is usually only a problem in busy circumstances. I'm fine in small groups, normally...and it's easier to say "please repeat" in small groups.
This situation just came up because of the multitude of women and the accompanying screaming lads in the background!
I risk the same thing tonight, at Matthew's Pack meeting...but Steve is going with me and he is good about repeating things I miss.
But now at my homeschooler's meeting tomorrow, I shouldn't have any trouble, 'cause it's all ladies and everyone is relatively quiet, even though it's a large group. Not a lot of bellowing going on! LOL

I don't know...a lot of it has to do with Roy just being so ugly, but she's turned out to be the best of the chickens! And she's Matthew's...and Matthew needs a good chicken for a pet!

This despondency lead to an eating binge, and then to wasting his time reading cheap grocery store tabloids. Soon he was in a mood to just give it all up, and give himself over to the good life, to sell out, as they call it. BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!! That was great mstar!
You may get the stick for those last pics but they were, to quote the Visa commercial....priceless. ;^)

Sorry I haven't been in.
Been running errands, and got roped into helping out with a baby shower.
I need my mind wonderfully fogged over so I can forget the nightmare...

A guy, stuck at a baby shower.
Ugh.
I feel so.. slaved out.
"We can't lift this, can you get it?"
(It weighed two pounds)
"Can you move this?"
(It weighs roughly 500 pounds)
And teh horrible games with teh baby food and such.
I am glad I snuck out prior to that, and snuck back in after they were over.

ROTFL!
I was a bit shocked to see him in such a state, with the "for a good time" ad.... but we should have known our Frodo would have a few risky adventures on a quest like this!
Mstar, really great pics, kudos to all in your family that helped. I love the poses with the band, and the wine.... You set up some great scenes.
