BTW, I remember doing that with my dad when I was a kiddo, only it wasn't for a badge. (He just wanted his knives sharpened, hehe.) Seriesly, though, my dad was ALWAYS sharpening his blades. Ya gotsta have sharp tools when yer gonna do a bit o carving in some fine maple. He showed me how to use the chisel, too, but I never really caught on that well. My curly-cues were never as cool as his were.

I already did...and she was ok with that too...I printed out the pictures and then Matthew described underneath what was happening in each picture.
But she implied (correctly) that it really wasn't fair to the other boys...
I feel dreadful.
