Further unraveling of the Foley case (Pelosi alert!)

Early this morning on JOM we went through the cached page blog and noticed something interesting. The cached pages we examined indicate that the mother of one of the pages, Robin Katsoros, mother of Christopher Katsoros a former Pelosi page, told the pages she was working on a screen production of the lives of pages. And she gathered information from them. She is a Conyers and Kerry supporter and he is a student at Georgetown now. It looks like the kids were trying to “sex” up their experiences to get her interested. Here are some bits of it. JOM has information on how we worked this out.

Cue Google Input: Over on the July 19, 2005 Randi Rhodes message board there’s this:

AmeriBrit: Yes, good point, and so sorry, I didn't mean to rant at you, I was only annoyed at that writer who seemed to think that his anonymous "source" had cleared anything up.

btw, AJ Strata has a great analysis of (some of) the documents and they were printed out by someone in Sept. 2005 (not 2006), so SOMEONE was possibly considering their options on using these materials a year before ABC claimed to have received them........

'She hosts donor parties....'

If she hosts them, doesn't she contribute, too? I looked up her name under individual donors on opensecrets.org and also on the FEC site (including using the advanced search and the CA town and zip) and nothing came up. Seems a bit screwy to me. She's also not on the individual contributors list for Conyers on the FEC site (as a side note, Quincy Jones and Casey Kasem are).

Things just seem to get more *curious* by the day.

Good find on that blog!! She is obviously not much of a writer, maybe some wannabe but not someone proficient or impressive. That makes me even more suspicious that this whole "lives of House pages" book project was just a front for digging for dirt -- maybe we need to find some actual current and former pages who can comment on that, research what went on with their peers, etc.

Robin Katsaros does write some kind of gossip column called "Socially Speaking" for the Los Altos Town Crier so I suppose she's just the person to troll for dirt among pages..... she's evidently well linked with Clintonistas as well as with Nancy Pelosi....

although i personally prefer edwards as the veep candidate, if gephardt were to get veep, that would set up bonior to be on the short list for sec. of labor. which, needless to say, would be very very good for my career :D

Hello all,
Yes, the book is still in progress. Outline is complete. Four of the fifteen chapters are in rough draft form (the chapters with input from previous Pages has not been completed - this part will take the longest since I have to spend so much time interviewing people and I've left this part until the end, although I have received some input from a very few people.) I have an agent (my husband is a published author), but no publisher yet. I am also working with a company that let's you self publish, sort of Print on Demand. And yes, you do get assigned an ISBN and it will be available at all the major book sellers. So I will do that if my agent can not get a publisher interested. Pictures have not been chosen, many more edits to go through. It's a long process. I've had to squeeze it in with my other responsibilities, so it's taking longer than I thought. Confidential sources are telling me that Michael Rogers may actually not run the StopSexPredators.blogspot.com website directly, but he might know the "mystery blogger".

Perhaps he is Frederick Clarkson, who is listed on Reunion.com as living in Clinton Township, MI. Ace of Spades HQ has reported that the "mystery blogger" was traced to the area of Royal Oak, MI.

He appears to have posted with Michael Rogers (Blogactive) here on DailyKos
