I don’t want gay marriage to be legal and I hope it can be prevented but as far as ‘persecution’, I find that a very odd term to be used. Am curious as to what kind of persecution you would use under our Constitution.
Well, trashing Lawrence v. Texas and re-criminalizing sodomy would be a good start. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with criminalizing homosexual sodomy. As recently as the early 1960's every state in America criminalized this destructive, immoral behavior to some extent.
It didn't even take a decade after the sodomites took down the APA that AIDS made its destructive appearance. That alone warrants public safety considerations in banning this behavior.
BTW, if you stop at merely “defending marriage,” you’ve already lost this battle.
I don't know how you are going to enforce something like this between consenting adults. Are you planning on busting into peoples bedrooms in the middle of the night with a swat team in hopes of catching them?

Beck IS insane. I noticed his left-wing tendencies a year ago, and his latest bizarre act, providing soccer balls to illegal alien children, is off the charts. Not only is he encouraging more “muling” of children by criminals, who sexually abuse the kids, but his charity is mis-placed because the US-children of the 92.5million displaced workers would most certainly enjoy an American football, or a baseball bat and glove, or just something to eat. Beck needs to stop being a pretender, and folks need to start ignring him, dropping his programs, dropping The Blaze, drop his sponsers, and let him retire with the wealth he bamboozled fom us with his Bill O’Reilly-style act to sway conservatives, then mock them once wealthy. Good riddens Beck.
Beck refuses to see the evil agenda of Obama to destroy America USING the border. He wants to change the demographics to balkanize, overload the welfare state, and make people sick with superbugs. The border is essential to the Obama/Soros plan.
