Bringing gas chambers and "hetero-fascism" into the discussion is pretty crazy, but I could certainly see a libertarian taking a stand like Beck's on Russia's new law.

Maybe it's a cold war holdover, or he just doesn't like Putin. He wouldn't be alone there.

Nowadays, though, you probably don't want to say, "I will stand with the _________" (gays, Muslims, etc.). People inevitably take it the wrong way.

Could be he thinks MHP is hot -- though he did attack her over every other stupid or offensive thing she said, so you do have to wonder what changed.

Back when me and mine were trying to wake America up to what has now “caught up,” it was bozos like Beck who laughed the loudest and ridiculed the most. After Lintball, maybe.

No, wait, I’ll take that back. Rushbo started out being critical, “black helicopter crowd.” Then he suddenly stopped the insults and subsequently just refused to take the calls.

Beck on the other hand, went out of his way to impugn and insult.

So the worm has turned.

Beck reminds me of Chuck Harder lately. For those who don't remember Chuck Harder, he was a popular syndicated talk show host in the 1990s who was always promising "new revelations" that would "shatter the Clinton presidency" but never delivered. He always kept us waiting until the next break and then it was the next show and then it was "subscribe to my newsletter to find out."

I finally tuned him out for good.

I tuned into KTLK 1150am here in so California this morning and heard some of his broadcast. At first I was not sure who this was as I had not heard him on the radio before. KTLK 1150am started a new format so he is the morning guy.

He sounded like he was around the bend.

I switched back to KRLA 870am and listened to Ben Shapiro and Elisha Krauss and the liberal nut Brian Whitman. Brian drives me nuts at times but he sounded better then Glenn.
