I am concluding that Glenn Beck has either lost his mind, or is slowly becoming a leftist. Today on his site are two rather disturbing videos. The first in which he continues his crusade to support GLAAD, comparing Russia's law protecting minors from homosexual propaganda to the Holocaust, and blowing up incendiary comments made by a Russian actor for no apparent reason other than to help push the narrative of permanent victimhood that the homosexual lobby thrives on. Here, we can be treated to Glenn engaging in left wing obfuscation more likely to be used by Al Sharpton than any conservative. Glenn says GLAAD are a cartoon to him. Well, they arent' a cartoon to the Christians they have maligned and smeared over the years, aiding foul disgusting individuals like Dan Savage. Like the Freedom From Religion Foundation, GLAAD is a cultural terrorist organization. It does not seek to blow buildings up, but to take a sledgehammer to cultural institutions to forward a deranged agenda of warped tolerance. Glenn closes by declaring some of 'us' have lost our humanity. Give 'us' a break. This is a non-story.
But this is not all. Not only has Glenn continued full steam ahead with this empty cry of persecution in Russia, he also has written a heartfelt letter of understanding to none other than MSNBC's resident corn-rowed doofus, Melissa Harris-Perry. You'll recall Melissa has been embroiled in controversy since she and left wing comedians on a panel made some pretty disgusting remarks about the Romney's adopted grandson, who is black. Glenn is asked if its the same as Alec Baldwin's recent firing for his remarks off-set, and he merely brushes it aside saying 'Alec Baldwin is a bad man'.... really? And what exactly makes Melissa a 'good person at heart'? Is it her disgusting remarks about unborn children, or her wish to have people's kids removed from their families as property of the state? Is Martin Bashir a good guy, or a bad guy? I don't know where the hell this came from, but its ridiculous. Perry was exposed on that panel for the wretched demagogue she is, a phony race-baiter, and a sniping untalented stooge with zero moral foundation. If she's fired, good riddance. She's not a good person, she's a left wing statist with Stalinist positions on just about everything.
It's been a long time coming, but it's now quite clear Beck has abandoned conservatives, but he'll no doubt be calling them back just as soon as he has an announcement to announce. And I used to really enjoy his take on things.

Glenn Beck is a goofball. It tempting to align with a popular goofball when he is saying things you agree with, but in the end, he is still a goofball.

Speaking just for myself, I haven’t paid any attention to Beck since somewhere around the third time he promised a “bombshell” or “Breaking News” that never materialized.
Like the proverbial blind squirrel, he finds a nut once in a while, butt more often comes off as one.
Preventing someone from talking to children about sex is not ‘persecution’. That’s just insanity.

Glenn has just found out that to be successful on TV - the GLAAD agenda has to be supported....I used to listen to him...but it was always one prediction after the other...to string along listeners from one week to the next...and would only follow up if something did happen and he could say - I told you so!...
Kinda like the 2012 version of Nostradamus - if you look hard enough one can make it fit...
One more turn coat to the ever losing side of the what is US national media...a bunch of traitors to the republic and the values that brought it greatness...and Islam and Gays had nothing to do with it!
Ah yes...Beck. Yet another instance where a bunch of freepers were mocked or ignored for telling the truth.
People (in general) who ‘bitterly cling’ to the idea that Beck is anything but a self promoting huckster after all his BS should quit bitching about the cult of personality around liberalism. No difference.
And no, for the record I do not begrudge him his talent for separating people from their cash while he helps advance liberal causes. If people are that stupid, they deserve to be separated from their money.
Why take on Russia?
I mean, shouldn’t he evaluate which countries in the world have the all time toughest laws against homosexuality and start from the top?

I think Beck is sucking wind for BUX. He got overextended and is now deep in the red.

Picking on Pooty is easy and fun. After all, he firmly believes that us old cold war guys will agree with EVERYTHING negative about Russia. And he can score points with the queers too. So what’s he got to lose?
Well, as one of those old cold war guys, I’ve got MORE RESPECT for Putin’s Russia than I’ve got for what’s going on here now. They have morality on their side, and they are sticking to it. What’s not to respect? Once upon a time, we had that here too. Those days are gone.
Just my humble opinion.
