Re Scotus and States Rights, you said: like a states right to make its own laws on the death penalty??

No, more like a state's right to interfere with the 2nd Amendment.

Yeah, we never get enough drug talk around here. Why doesn't know your rights actually talk about the subject? I'm really interested in his opinion on it.

Seems like if SCOTUS goes the right way on this, it could set a precedent for starting to restrict the Commerce Clause back to its original intent.

We'll just have to see whether the conservative court members can be more pro-Constitution than anti-drug.

Drug crap all day long is probably what got you banned under the leroy name. Yet you can't resist. Rare to see someone so insane over drugs.

Why not post other constitutional issues? This is tiring.

This is tiring.

If you find it tiring to respond to my facts with whining and blather, just say no.

This is not a drug legalization board. Please lay off this topic. It's ruining the place.

Ah, but the Kyoto Treaty against greenhouse gases will be the reason California's law will be declared null and void. ;-)

You were banned once for it, so I'm sick of seeing it again. Please stop bringing your sad personal obsession here and showing the world. I'm begging you.
