Christian home schoolers have occassionally won spelling bees certainly NOT "year after year."
I judge schools by how they treat all the students.
Drive by the Christian schools in the working class neighbor hoods ,and you will see well scrubbed kids laughing with each other.
Drive by the public high schools and you will see angry , badly dressed teens smoking cigerrettes.
I see the discrimination against the Christian students as an attempt to protect the public school system.
Those of you who are happy with public schools are a minority ,and you have no right to demand we give our money and our kids to the public schools.
But keep on insisting there is nothing wrong with the puplic schools. Pride has never brought anyone down.
Then use the public schools to educate your children.
I chose to give mine the best I could and they in turn have done the same for my grandkids.
Everyone enjoys or suffers the consequences of their decisions. The beauty of freedom!
