First, not a single person who had made the claim that Rudy wants to pick "strict constructionist" judges has been able to provide a shred of proof that he EVER said that. You're making stuff up.
Second, Rudy's record on immigration is worse than the President's, is worse than every Republican candidate's, and worse than even the announced Democrat candidates. Rudy provided a sanctuary city for, as he admits, 400,000 illegal aliens. He provided the "city money" and benefits. He tried to "regularize" them and refused to admit that they were committing crimes. He refused to cooperate with the INS in enforcing immigration laws and even sued the Federal Government to try to get a legal ruling allowing him to flout the law. When that failed, he simply flouted the law. Again, you are making stuff up.

"While in Ohio, Rudy called into the Bill Cunningham radio show. Speaking about the Supreme Court, Rudy said: "Justices Roberts and Alito were both colleagues of mine [in the Reagan Justice Department] - people I worked with and I admire tremendously. I thought that they were inspired choices that the President made - inspired in many ways, because they also were people who had a strong conservative background and strict constructionists." He added, "Justice Scalia was also a colleague of mine...and he probably would have been my choice for Chief Justice."http://giulianiblog.blogspot.com/2006/11/rudy-id-pick-scalia-as-chief-justice.html

Nope, not making anything up. I've also heard him praise Roberts and Alito as ideal justices many times on Hannity.
