Thanks, that answered my question, a web image was posted, that supposedly was a copy of the newspaper article, and no one has walked into a library and looked it up to see if what was posted is in the newspaper of interest. By the way I have looked at enough microfilm/ microfiche of old newspapers to be familiar with the process.

Sometimes even “Internet Rangers” have to make field trips.

I don’t think that is correct. It was someone from Texas Darlin’, who was trying to prove the COLB was a fake, who actually did walk into library, pull up microfiche, and copy it.
