Perhaps because this KENYAN birth certificate couldn’t be issued by a country that didn’t exist when Obama was born.
That’s right folks. Kenya became independent on 12 December 1963. Over 2 years AFTER Obama was born.
Take another look at the "title" of the document.

The fact that this “copy” of official BC was issued in Feb 1964 makes it even MORE likely to be authentic because it falls in the timeframe between when obama mama filed for and obtained a divorce from Barack Sr and full custody of li’l Barack II.
Someone forgot that lawyers keep files of those divorce cases.
Because that was the day that it was obtained.
