Can you procide the link to that statement as it doesn’t look “right”.

My point was McCain has been pro life his entire life and has always received good marks from pro life grups. My objection was that if McCain didn’t pick the “correct” running mate pro lifers would desert his campaign ensuring a pro abortion President.

McCain would have made the right choices conerning this issue, why throw it all away based on the choice of running mate?

To me that is cutting off your nose to spite your face. Disagree if you will but my reasoning was solid.

You are on a conservative, prolife, proGod forum and you have a problem understanding why conservatives would not want McCain to pick someone as liberal, or even more liberal than he is for veep, and you were pushing that view before the choice had even been made, already insulting freepers and FR in general for having the principles of this site?

Your “reasoning” is what makes you more like a DU troll than a freeper.

Your remarks are in post #8 at this link.

Bob J-

I’m with you. I would vote for Palin in the general, but I think we can do better.

If you even mention a Palin mistake or shortcoming on this site, you are labeled an 0bama supporter. That’s the ultimate insult as far as I’m concerned.
