Lots of intelligent posters are here and it is a pleasure to read from them. I look at sites with different orientation so I don’t have any any bias tied to a site being conservative or liberal. In fact I describe myself as liberal on certain issues (healthcare, death penalty, arms bearing) and conservative on others (abortion, gay marriage: but these two positions are quite articulate. However I am open to confrontation and in the face of convincing evidence I am even available to change my mind. I have this peculiar twist of not tollerating unsupported theries or claims, even less to I support fraudster celebrities.

Here you are battling it out for months now about the HELTON vs HELTAN spelling (based on Kenyan newspaper and two Kenyan online medical directories) but yet you dismiss the MANY MANY MANY spelling of Othigo’s name being not important.

I have MANY official sources for the spellings of Othigo’s name(s). Many more than you could ever dream of finding for Helton. I have listed many here and can list scores more from different websites which back up each spelling.
So now, after all of this, can you sort of understand what I have been saying from the outset? When people in Kenya and other African nations are spelling out words and names in Swahili, they spell them out phonetically, the way that it sounds to them.
Do you even know what the significance of “phonetic” is? Let me rephrase (that question might go over your head.) Do you know what the definition of “ phonetic” is? Quick, off to google and wikiepdia you go. Find your answer Kim.
In closing, please do attempt to respond with answers that make just a bit of sense.

(Even though it might might be “Othiga”. But please do tell us which is correct of ALL the names, including MERRY vs MARY. And also explain why you and how you know which is correct. Yeh, why permit the issuance of a letter of rogatory when you have already prejudged the evidence and the case as Judge Carter clearly did right here in his own words:

The "peculiar twist" of Mik Taerg is his vendetta against Lucas Smith in which he repeatedly posts "unsupported theories or claims" that particular details of Smith's CPGH BC have been proved definitively to be false when, in fact, they have not been proved false.
Mik Taerg presents press inconsistencies as proof of fraud, which is a logical fallacy that escapes him. Inconsistencies prove nothing.
Smith and other investigators have given substantial evidence of multiple spellings and titles, many of which are consistent with Smith's CPGH BC.
Not to mention your own vivid imagination.
It is not Judge Carter's job to rule on evidence presented until there is a case to present it in. All actions up to the point where Judge Carter dismissed Orly's had one goal - determine if the plaintiff had standing to sue and if the Central District of California had jurisdiction to rule on the matter. Orly's sideshow of the alleged birth certificate had no bearing on the matter, and no business in the proceedings. As Taitz would have known had she not been a complete dunce.

Wild goose chases seem to be more up your line.
Judge Carter ruled that even if Lucas Smith's CPGH BC were to be fully authenticated by Kenyan authorities and placed into evidence in his court under the FRE, he would be confronted with a comparison between an authenticated Kenyan BC and what Judge Carter presumed would be an authenticated HI COLB and he ruled that he, as a US federal judge, would be compelled to rule in favor of the HI COLB.
Note that under the FRE, an HI short form COLB with seal and signature, which the Factcheck Obama COLB purports to be, would be "self-authenticating" meaning that if it is not contested, it may be presumed to be authentic, and that is the basis for Judge Carter's ruling.
I am hoping that Kreep might get Judge Carter overturned on this presumption that Obama's short form COLB is genuine and would survive any challenge, because the COLB has never been placed into evidence and challenged.
Judge Carter's dismissal of Kreep and Taitz's case would be improper unless he can demonstrate that even if all of the claims of the plaintiffs are true, they still cannot prevail. Carter's presumption that an authenticated Kenyan BC could only be compared to an authenticated HI COLB is false, in my view.
In a trial in the merits, an authenticated Kenyan BC might end up being compared to a challenged HI COLB, or on "best evidence rule" discovery, compared to challengeable long form amended vital records that are the source of the HI COLB.
That is what a "trier of fact" in a trial (either judge or jury)is supposed to determine on the merits if there are facts which could swing the case to the plaintiff that can only be clarified in a trial. A judge is not supposed to preclude a trial on evidence if the plaintiff's have a chance to prevail.
Judge Carter's dismissal took away from the plaintiff's the opportunity to challenge the HI COLB with facts introduced into evidence, with or without an authenticated Kenyan CPGH BC. Judge Carter incorrectly presumed that such a challenge could never succeed.
. On this point, Judge Carter could be overturned. But lack of available remedy might mean the cases would still be dismissed due to failure by Taitz to serve the defense before the inauguration after which only Congress could remove the President, unless there is a quo wararnto action in DC.
