Well, if there’s any saving grace, it’s that it hasn’t gotten much in the way of responses. I agree that to be signing up for a military coup to save the Constitution is pretty much missing the point spectacularly.

No, in the minds of anyone who has ever read much of anything about the US nuclear stockpile. The numbers and delivery vehicles are not news. This is simply a pro forma acknowledgment of that fact.
