Every neighborhood has one butthead. Personally I think it is just best to not give these people any attention and if they just ignore these retards they will quit. I believe these types thrive on attention.
As for the snowman. Is there not some kid in the neighborhood who can take aim with a sling shot?

It sounds to me like nothing more than a grudge match between a goofball supremicist and his almost equally nutty neighbors.
