NO IT IS NOT "NORMAL"~!

The ‘normal’ thing would have been to take the original BC to the copy machine and run off a couple for Obambi, stamp ‘em, and send them off in the mail.

That is what happens any time I need a copy of my birth certificate or my children's.

That should have been pretty easy, dontcha think?

Why did he have to send a team of lawyers to sign ‘waivers’? (what waivers?)

This is NOT normal, this is a ‘constructed’ abstract that means nothing. I can ‘construct’ you anything you want, with imaging software - and I have been working in computer digital imaging for 20 years.

[I am thinking the ‘waivers’ were for whoever constructed this fake to avoid criminal prosecutions.]

What copy machine? You got a copy machine back there in 1961 let me see it. Xerox_914 was the FIRST, and it was sold starting in 1959. Huge, hulk of a device ~ took 24 seconds per copy. They didn't have a desk top for sale until 1965. The first desk top I got to play with arrived in an office where I worked in 1965 ~ we didn't mind paper jams in those days. If your choice had been making a master on mimeograph paper, this was NEAT O ~ but there was this little byline at the bottom telling the recipient this was a photo copy.

Now, more recently, I suppose that copies were made of the 2 master copies the lawyer brought over from Hawaii the other day. There's also a digital copy of those copies. I don't think anyone has yet claimed a digital copy of the signal sent from the data base system to a printer, but that'll be up eventually.

So, yes, everything "NORMAL"
