To print the document it was run through a program that reformatted it for the printer and its pre-programmed dimensions and margins.
People do this every day. What you see is NORMAL.
...aaaand signatures are pasted as needed?????
Save your breath. You could take them back in time and have them cut the cord, and they still wouldn’t believe it.
“People do this every day. What you see is NORMAL”.....
standard scanned images also print. this sure looks like a way to manipulate the colb. why does the green disappear in the scanned image when the letters are turned off? i’m not trying to be a smart *ss, I’d just like to understand better.
The ‘normal’ thing would have been to take the original BC to the copy machine and run off a couple for Obambi, stamp ‘em, and send them off in the mail.
That is what happens any time I need a copy of my birth certificate or my children's.
That should have been pretty easy, dontcha think?
Why did he have to send a team of lawyers to sign ‘waivers’? (what waivers?)
This is NOT normal, this is a ‘constructed’ abstract that means nothing. I can ‘construct’ you anything you want, with imaging software - and I have been working in computer digital imaging for 20 years.
[I am thinking the ‘waivers’ were for whoever constructed this fake to avoid criminal prosecutions.]
My FRiend I would believe that if it wasn’t for one thing. The anomaly around the “1” in the serial number. All other things may be explained by your post, but I will not buy the problem the 1 being an anomaly or an artifact.
