A smiling Dominique Strauss-Kahn was freed with no bail Friday after a hearing where prosecutors said they would not drop attempted rape charges against the French bigwig.

The accused sexual predator, due back in court July 18, walked out of court with his biggest legal victory since his May 14 arrest for assaulting a midtown Manhattan hotel maid.

With sources saying the case was disappearing amid a series of lies by the accuser, prosecutors acknowledged their witness had "substantial credibility issues."

The New IMF head is another Chicago connection.

She strikes me as a RINO-type. Worked for William Cohen, appointed by Sarkozy.

I'd rather have her than a full-on blatant socialist/communist like Strauss.

Wow, this is incredible, wow...

The truth behind all this could be explosive on an international basis.

If this kind of thing is interesting, I highly recommend a movie I saw last night. A new Danish film, award winner, called “Kings Game”. Great political thriller. If you liked the Girl with the Dragon Tatoo, you’re sure to like Kings Game.

I don’t believe he is not electable. From what I’ve read the French seem to be buying into this conspiracy theory that he is the victim of some type of Eeeeeeevil plot. Plus I think the frogs are gonna vote for anybody who promises to let them retire at age 60 again. (and yes....my ancestry is part-frog so I can say that)

I thought the whole thing was a setup from the beginning.
They stripped him down. Not a mark on him.

So she had gloves on, you say??

You don't wear gloves on your teeth.

on May 18th I wrote:

not trying to treat rape and sadism against a cleaning woman lightly....if it is true Dominique Strauss-Kahn should be nutted and beat to death.....

but I had this thought that one of Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s opponents for French President might have set up the whole thing....just a thought...flame me not.

but everyone FLAMED me....
and to them I reiterate....Dont doubt me .....I know how politics works...(for those who dont know about Machiavellianism...this would be a good place to start or watch the Senator Geary subplot in 'Godfather part 2")

Thanks.
She may have a character problem , but if the forensic evidence shows rape- DNA, scratches on his body, etc, there is still a case. The DA will have no choice but to proceed.
I have always seen a plea deal in this case. Still do.
The one troubling thing is the Cyrus Vance, IMF- NWO connection.

“.Dont doubt me .....” Who do you think you are? Rush?
Love your Senator Leary/ Gidfather reference. My own feeling is that if there is any conspiracy involved, it doesn’t involve Sarko and French politics. It is about International Finance, DSK and the IMF.
DSK was going to allow Greece to go under, and the whole rationale for the war in Libya is murky...like oil murky.

The Left is totally desperate. The Socialist Party is in total disarray with no strong candidate emerging from the basket of crabs snapping at each other.
You couldn’t make this stuff up. If you submitted it as a movie script you would be laughed out of town.

Not France, not Sarko.
If any plot was hatched, it is about international finance, DSK & the IMF.

In unrelated news, the Obama 2012 campaign announced an anonymous donation of half a billion dollars today.

Tawana Brawley, Crystal Magnum, this skank that made these charges against DSk should be a teachable moment for any one. Don't ever wind up alone in the same place as these low lifes. They know in the public eye and in a court of law because they are a minority that they will be given the benefit of doubt if they cry rape.

If either of the Duke Boys or this DSK guy did not have the resources to have their accusers investigated, they would more than likely be spending the rest of their lives in prison.

The character of the accuser may have been undermined, but her credibility as a witness, not so much.
The Forensic evidence will tell the tale: DNA- his, hers, mixed, scratches on his body, fingernail scrapings, signs of bruising, etc.
In America, even bad people, hookers, drug dealers, illegals and Muslims who drink have the right to a trial.
My guess has always been that there would be a plea bargain.
The DA cannot risk dropping the case. Does he really want NOW & the Reverend Al haunting him ? A trial would be risky for DSK.
I would advise him to plead to the lower counts, and take a plea.
All that being said, our legal system does work, and I would rather place my fate in the hands of a jury of my peers than with an agent of the State, as in France.

The difference between the DSK case & Tawana Brawley, Crystal Magnum is that ther is extensive forensic evidence in this case consistent with sexual assault.
With DSK’s history as a sexual predator and prior sexual assaults, this might be a Senator Geary/ Godfather scenario, but the attack seems to be real here.
