Look. This is RIDICULOUS. She REFUSED THE BREATHALYZER TEST and that means you get arrested and hauled down to JAIL! Her pretense for not taking the breathalyzer was she didn’t trust the trooper.... What hogwash. If she “failed” it because he manipulated it she WOULD PASS THE URINE and BLOOD test at the jail! This lady and her ambulance chasing attorney hubby are trying to get out of a DWI charge and/or a charge for refusing a DWI test. No question. Good lord people are naive here. You believe 100% of what the hubby writes, even though it has already been discredited, and 0% of what the police report has. What SHAMELESS members here.
I don't know where you are getting your information from but nothing has been discredited. IN FACT, the news station has reviewed the police evidence and everything the husband has stated has been substantiated.......
Thus the current investigation by internal affairs........
You might be right, but the events which occurred at and after the police station don’t sound like an arresting officer having good judgment at the least.
If evidence reflects that these two officers conspired to have the husband pulled over, they should both be terminated.
This could lead to a civil suit and some sort of big dollar settlement.

She said she hadn’t been drinking. The cop said he smelled alcohol. She blew a 0.00 on a machine. TWICE!
You still trust the cop?
The cop can’t give you an accurate address, so he get hte man to follow. Then he speeds off with his wife, KNOWING THAT HEN IS FOLLOWING. I guess that seconds state trooper showing up to stop him was just a coincidence wasn’t it.
Where was the ticket for the headlight out?
I’m normally all behind cops, but this one stinks. If I’m that trooper, I better get a good lawyer.
No pretense by the Lady. It all started with a headlight which she didn’t even receive a warning for. Then it escalates into something that was so out of her control. It’s late at night, she admits she’s nervous, uncomfortable with the field test due to high heels on the gravel road and wants witnesses to the test. Once the first test was given and shows she’s completely sober, it should have been done.
Considering the fake law enforcement ready to victimize people late at night, this trooper didn’t take her concerns seriously and soon crossed the line.
Um..........are you on drugs?
