Just as drug dealers face tougher charges than do their customers, the muslim slave traders should pay any reparations due (if any) rather than their British or American customers.

If a reparationas package included a one-way ticket back to the motherland, then I am all for it.
Here’s a crazy thought. Why don’t we look at “progress” within nations that formerly allowed slavery.
A nation where a black person could be a member of legisation (such as parliment or congress) would be considered “progressive,” as well as one that would have a black person as Prime Minister or President. Such a nation should be considered “enlightened” and the slavery issue should be completely put to rest. In other words, shut up about it.
A nation that has a history of slavery, but has not “enjoyed” progressiveness such as the previous examples, should be given steep sanctions.
Finally, any nation currently involved in slave trade should be wiped from the planet and it’s soil sowed with salt.
