Well, since women are a subset of humanity, their rights are, of course, likewise human rights - just as men's rights are also human rights. Duh!

In a Republic, the exercise of power by the electorate is restricted to the ballot box. Outside of that, such demonstrations (if they remain peaceful / are not intended to threaten) are little more than advertising campaigns.
