On Tuesday an unidentified man was filmed interrupting a comedy set to challenge Mike Tyson to a fight in a deranged attempt to 'elevate his status'
The man tries to play off the situation, saying: 'I don't give a f***! I'm joking' as the owner pushes him towards the exit
Its then the man says 'look this is easy' and pulls out a gun from his waistband and cocks it, shocking the MC and drawing gasps from crowd members
The man looks at Tyson and says 'Hey I love you fam, salute to all of your accomplishments, for real, if it wasn't for you we wouldn't have no inspiration'
Tyson calls the man over and he goes in for a handshake and the two then hug it out. The man then screams 'New York! Brownsville!'
After he is finally gone, the person recording thanks Tyson and the tense crowd applauds him
Even after he left attendees were shaken and some did not want to leave right away out of fear the armed man was still waiting for them in the streets

I can’t tell completely what happened. But it looked like the guy was trying to talk/compliment Mike. Then bouncers tried to make him leave. He pulled out a gun. The bouncers backed off. Went back to talk to Mike. They hugged.
Maybe this guy should have gone to a “Celebrities Anonymous” meeting...
There was a SNL sketch with Chris Farley attending a Celebrities Anonymous meeting, and the person running the meeting said “Would someone be able to tell me something you SHOULDN’T do if you were having dinner at a restaurant and saw Jack Nicholson sitting at the next table?”
One person raised her hand and said “I wouldn’t go over and ask him for his autograph while he was enjoying dinner with his family!” So she asked a few more people the same question, and when she got to Farley, he said “I uh, wouldn’t lure him to my house, cut his head off, and keep in a jar of formaldehyde down in the cellar so I could look at it anytime I wanted...”
I kind of like Mike Tyson.

Tyson had some big problems as a young man and heavy weight champion, big problems is probably an understatement.
Now as a older human being he seems like he “turned a corner” on his past issues. He is having a good time & people like this Tyson.
He also was Trump supporter back in 2016.

Back in the day, Tyson was THE MAN. He was the apex predator of the boxing world. It seemed like no one could go more than a round or two with him.
Then he messed up his life by beating up his girlfriend, among other things.

Pretty funny stuff, I watched a few episodes.
Sometimes, you should just give people what they want. There is an MMA fighter who was dealing with an online troll who said he could beat him in a match given the opportunity. The fighter (named Kevin Holland) invited him to the gym where the troll showed up, entered the cage and got immediately choked out.
He’s been involved with pigeons all of his life, and tells a story about getting into his first fight when someone harmed one of his birds. (Keeping rooftop lofts used to be very common in NYC and other cities - I don’t know if it still is.) I think he has his own loft in Arizona now.

I was telling my wife about this story last night.
The first thing she mentioned was Mike & his pigeons.
I smiled because I’d already read your post about it.(His pigeons weren’t news to me, I read about it in the 1980’s)
