The skit is set in a Planned Parenthood. Garrison, a biological man who has had gender reassignment surgery, is called into the doctor's office.
'Hello doctor, looks like I need an abortion,' she says.
'An abortion?' the doctor replies.
'Yeah I've got one growing inside me. Now, are you going to scramble its brains or just vacuum it out?' Garrison asks, in a not-so-subtle rebuke of abortion by the South Park writers.
The doctor sighs and says: 'Mr. Garrison,' to which she replies: 'Mrs Garrison!'
The doctor perseveres.
'Mrs. Garrison, you can't have an abortion.'
'Don't you tell me what I can and can't do with my body! A woman has a right to choose!' she says, leaping out of the doctor's chair and stirrups 'No I mean you're physically unable to have an abortion because you can't get pregnant,' the doctor explains.
'But I missed my period,' says a confused Garrison.
'You can't have periods either. You had a sex change Mr. Garrison, but you don't have ovaries or a womb. You don't produce eggs.'
A downtrodden Garrison replies: 'You mean, I'll never know what it feels like to have a baby growing inside me and scramble its brains and vacuum it out?'
The doctor confirms: 'That's right.'
'But I paid $5,000 to be a woman. This would mean I'm not really a woman. I'm just a guy with a mutilated penis,' says Garrison.
The doctor agrees: 'Basically, yes' to which Garrison replies: 'Oh boy, do I feel like a jacka**.'

It’s a great scene and is straight to the point of the absurdity of this nonsense.
Like the TikTok of the guy/gal demanding a Pap Smear.
Doc told him/her that he/she didn’t have no HooHoo, so you can’t get one.
Clown World.
Those were the glory days for South Park. Killer social satire.
Yet another prickly public policy question solved by The Simpsons: “Abortions for some, miniature Americans flags for others!”
Hope he kept the mutilated penis; he can then f*** himself even more . . .
If I could give an all-time Emmy Award for Best Satire, this would surely be the easy pick.
I’ve been saying since all the trans stuff went crazy in the last 5-6 years that Matt and Trey were just way ahead of the curve on this insanity. And because of the Mr./Mrs. Garrison character and episodes.
This episode wouldn’t be allowed to air on Comedy Central if it was made today. Just in 18 years this country is completely upside down and the cultural rot is showing no signs of stopping.
Yeah, back when South Park was usually funny. Though the World Privacy Tour episode was the best in a long time.
I used to watch reruns of “The Office” on Comedy Central. They erased dialogue they don’t approve of anymore and I think banned one episode entirely.
It’s not surprising unfortunately even though not one person ever accused The Office of being right leaning. It was a comedy show that generally poked fun at everyone.
A good reason if there’s a book, movie or television show you cherish to make sure you have a physical copy of the media. Because if you’re accessing everything digitally all it takes is one software update to pull offending content or censor what is now labeled as wrong think.
It used the wrong word, “abortion” when it actually meant “exorcism”.
Bought my DVD of Blazing Saddles quite a few years ago.
