I guess this might be one reason Comey and the FBI don’t record interrogations or wear cameras like local police, but just take notes after they leave the scene, using their uncanny powers of recollection, which are almost as good as their uncanny powers of locating the correct hotel rooms of their persons of interest, or their uncanny tracking skills with magic anthrax sniffing bloodhounds.

Just where does the FBI expect to be deployed with the DoD?

If the pilot was staying at the hotel between flights, the air carrier could also sue. A pilot must meet minimum rest hours between flights. If this event disturbed the pilot rest time, the pilot could not fly the next day. Would you want this pilot in the cockpit of your flight after his night?

The good news is, after the lawsuit, that pilot will never have to work again!

Waterboarding is so 2000s.

That has to bevworth $150,000. I’d be willing to subject to such a mistake a couple times a year.

Maybe Hunter Biden was in the RIGHT hotel room with a laptop, classified US documents, a velvet bag of African blood diamonds, and couple of naked female Chinese spies. That would explain why the FBI missed it and ended up in the wrong room.

The FBI requires applicants for hiring to have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of full-time professional work experience, or have an advanced degree and at least one year of full-time professional work experience.

Don't know about law enforcement experience etc., but the degree requirements could be adversely affecting the common sense of applicants...given the crap that has been fed to students for decades, in our so-called institutions of "higher" learning.

WE were warned!

On one hand, it’s more likely (compared to the average hotel guest selected at random) that an airline pilot has SERE training from prior military experience and has the mental tools to put this incident into context. I hope that’s the case.

On the other hand... why do this training on an occupied floor of a four star hotel ... on Easter week ... at midnight?

A heavy police presence and commotion late on a Tuesday night is only asking for trouble even if everything goes according to plan.

The FBI needs to be fully defunded and its headquarters padlocked.

A man was handcuffed and interrogated inside his own hotel room for roughly an hour after law enforcement agents went to the wrong room during a “training exercise”?

SO a training exercise involves a forceful raid of a hotel room? Training usually involves a perp who is part of the police force.

This is either a shake down or feds out of control. Maybe the pilot was a Trump supporter. Take that you Trump supporter.

I wouldn’t put anything past the FIB nowadays.

Of course Alvin Bragg will now prosecute him because he found new evidence that he lied on the hotel registry and put in his wrong middle initial. As Bragg says the records have to be properly maintained and it is a felony to lie on the hotel sign in registry.

I can’t wait to hear the FBI’s rationale for this.

They will say they can't comment on an ongoing investigation.
