THis whole mess reminds me of the joke: Two witnesses one said she was screaming: "Oh! Please don't! Stop!"

I know! Rape is not funny. If it is indeed rape, Coby should do the time.
OTOH blaming someone else for an action that could have been prevented by using better judgment is just as serious. In other words, don't blame the driver of the car for hitting your kids when you've allowed them to play in the street in traffic.
