Sounds kinda like something Kos would say is genocidal, no? “Disappear” is not quite the same as “change their minds”.
Except the quote was: “I could go zoop! and Republicans would disappear.”

And it was to 4 & 5 year olds. I doubt that any of them know if they have a Republican parent, but it would be pretty scary if one did and here was a Presidential candidate suggesting that
zoop! a parent would disappear.
And it was the rap-loving French-looking ketchup-stained-medal-earning John
F-bomb Kerry.
And it was even
NY Times worthy.
The article's headline suggests that
Kerry has a very hard time keeping it up
