Pre- Empting Potential Islamic Threats.

Today the West is faced with Islamic Terror, WMD States and the Islamization of other moderate Islamic societies.

These are long term threats that haven't fully developed yet and can be stopped with pre-emptive measures.

1- Saudi Arabia: This is a country where Al-Qaeda seems to be completely out of control.

Now Al-Qaeda it seems doesn?t want US troops on Saudi Soil. It seems that the Saudis also fear Western styled reforms.

Both Al-Qaeda and the Saudi Kingdom should realize that if there are any Al-Qaeda attacks in Saudi Arabia; The US and the UN are going to send troops into Saudi Arabia to rout terror out and then break the kingdom up into small easily manageable States like Qatar.

Al-Qaeda and the Saudi Kingdom has to realize that Al-Qaeda attacks wouldn?t drive US presence out of Saudi Arabia; but instead have a large US and UN military presence, from Moderate Islamic and other States moved into Saudi Arabia to address the Al-Qaeda problem there.

The Saudi Kingdom should ask the US and members of the UN for troops to reign in Al-Qaeda; if it can?t do it on its own.

Serious consultations should be pursued with both India and Russia about the possibility of them contributing troops for Peace keeping in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia could also be one of the sources of the insurgency in Iraq and addressing this source could also help bring stability to Iraq.

2- Iran: Iran should realize that it?s plans to wait out the present US administration on the nukes would not work.

Iran has to dismantle both its ballistic missile and nuke program. Now if the reform movement in Iran is really what they purport it to be, and if the reform movement really has 70% of the Iranians on its side; then Iran should be a walk over if US military power is coupled with an indigenous Guerilla movement there. On the contrary, if the Iranian reform movement is all bull and lies; Iran would present a very serious threat that just can?t be ignored. I think America would like to know the exact strength of the reform movement in Iran on the ground and then decide accordingly. The reform movement should show America what it can do to overthrow the Iranian regime in terms of its power on the street. Till now, it has talked a lot, but showed little power on the ground.

India and Russia should again be asked; if they could contribute troops to an Iranian campaign and can be promised a stake in a future Iran.

3- Pakistan: Pakistan should be told point blank that it cannot scam the US like it did during the War against the Soviets, when it created Al-Qaeda out of the War and developed Nukes under the smoke. The US would want Pakistan to put a stop to its nuclear and Missile program and take concrete steps to crack down on terror. These steps should include outlawing of Islamic schools, Businesses and Parties like the Jamiati Islami and revision of its school curriculum to remove militant and strong Islamic references.

Now Pakistan has bluffed India about terror for 2 decades. India has lost patience with Pakistan on many occasions; but the US stepped in each time to save it from an Indian War that would have decisively addressed both the Paki nukes and terror camps. I still don?t know why the US prevented India from addressing Paki Nukes and Terror; when India was willing to do in Pakistan, what the US did in Afghanistan.

Unless Pakistan decisively implements long term measures to de-Islamize its society; put a stop to its Missile and Nuclear program; and open its facilities up for inspections; the US should tool India to de-terrorize and de-nuclearize Pakistan. Russia might be willing to help over here; as it has been ravaged by Pakistani based terror itself.

4- Malaysia and Turkey: This is where Western Intelligence needs to go to work de-Islamize previously moderate Islamic states. There should still be a strong secular sentiment within these countries to harness that through the media etc to prevent the drift of these countries into an Islamic mindset. These countries haven?t been too deeply Islamized yet. The process can and should be reversed, before Taliban style governments start taking root there.

5- To successfully implement these measures, the US would need to. i- Revamp its intelligence services a- With a new set of Western Linguists to replace Islamic translators to put an end to Islamic monopoly of Western Intelligence. b- Jettison old Islamists and recruit secular secessionist Muslims to break the Islamic world into small ethnic States. ii- Recruit Strong ideological Allies like India, Israel, Russia, Serbia and Greece; who would themselves feel threatened by these Islamic sponsors and would be determined to address the threat from them. iii- Recruit Europe, Russia, China, Latin America, and Christian Africa in a regime of sanctions to Sanction, Isolate and contain the Islamic world to prevent the movement of funds and terrorists from the region. iv- Restrict immigration and money transfers from terror hotspots like Sudan,Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan and other regions proven to be have served as Al-Qaeda recruiting grounds. v- Long term efforts at the stability of the Islamic world should aim to break the Islamic World into small secular ethnic States with Westernized women and secular ethnicities given all the political and economic clout.
