it really isn't that bad of a question. We have to deal with poor water quality on a daily basis, maybe if the president drank some of the terrible quality water the rest of the country does it would be a bigger issue to him

The Vice Presidential mansion had terrible quality water due to outdated plumbing.
George Bush during his tenure as VP had to deal with the inadequate plumbing.

it really isn't that bad of a question. We have to deal with poor water quality on a daily basis, maybe if the president drank some of the terrible quality water the rest of the country does it would be a bigger issue to him You didn't phrase it that way. You presented it in a "boxers or briefs" kind of way. And should water quality be a national issue? Seems to me that it's local issue. There are probably federal water quality laws, but it's not something I'm interested enough to look it up, especially since our local water utility seems to do a fine job with providing quality water.
I think there are bigger issues on the president's plate than local water quality issues, things like, oh i don't know - national security, border security, piddling stuff like that.
