A new version of the firefox browser was released today. It contains security updates and all firefox users should undate asap.

I'm confused. How can it include security updates? All I ever hear from the tech community is that Microsoft is the only software that has security holes and bugs in it.

Yep, and it STILL allows pop-ups.
I have an Ad blocker that works great with I.E. but Firefox refuses to see it. So...for all of those revelations about Firefox being the holy grail, well I have to disagree. Just go to Drudgereport.com and see what happens. I get pop-ups every time with Firefox.

Like William Creel, I also use Adblock.
Click here to learn more about it (item #4). Adblock really helps to filter the recurring ads on Drudge and other sites. Also, make sure you go to Tools > Options > and check the "Block Popup Windows" box.
