Despite voter approval of Prop 200, a measure aimed at illegal immigrants, last November, Arizona Governor Janice Napolitburo says she will continue her fight against requiring voters to show identification documents in order to be allowed to cast ballots.
"ID requirements make people prove they are citizens and that they reside in the jurisdiction in which they are attempting to vote. This discriminates against persons who aren't citizens or don't live within the jurisdiction. Voting is a human right that should not be subject to such narrow and parochial restrictions," said Napolitburo in a statement released by her office.

"Voting is a human right that should not be subject to such narrow and parochial restrictions" Voting is a 'human right'?? So human rights begin at age 18?
I guess that means that if you don't qualify for "human rights" status until age 18, you can be aborted at any time up till then because you're not fully human yet. These liberal, female politicians are the shallowist thinkers out there.

This fire-breathing idiot says that this would "discriminate against people who are not citizens or who don't live in the jurisdiction"? Hellooooo, Janet. People who aren't citizens or don't live in the jurisdiction AREN'T SUPPOSED TO VOTE.
And that's not even to mention that the job of the Governor is to CARRY OUT THE LAWS passed by the legislature, or passed by the people in referendum.
Has anyone in the Arizona press even remarked that their Governor is in the running for both dumbest and least honest public official in the United States? This remark alone gives her a shot at both titles.

Are you certain this is satire? Janet the Dubious, Governor of Arizona, really is dumb enough to say this. How do you know she didn't? LOL.

Is this from The Onion? I'm still half asleep so I apologize I posted before I looked at the headline closely.
