Don't try the soy until they perfect the anti-gagging additive. :)

Confession, I drink soy milk. It is ok as long as you can get rid of the idea that it is MILK. It is not milk. It does not taste like milk. It does not have the same mouth feel as milk. It does not smell the same as milk. It is not milk.

But if you drink it as a soy drink rather then as milk it is ok.

Oh ugh. I will not touch anything with soy in it if it is in the first five, on the list of ingredients. If they use it as a hormone replacement for women, imagine what it can do to little girls. And men.

I hear ya. Actually that soy milk helped me when the lactose intolerance was at its worse. I was down below 95 pounds and think at that point had a eating disorder. Each of those soy milks had something like 220 calories per drink. It helped me to stabilize my weight and eventually gain weight.
