I figure if in reducing this thing to practice, anyone needs to modify this to make it more (or less? :-)) stencil-able than it already is, they can post it here. Don't forget to ping Jay when you do.
And, if you stencil a pumpkin and light it up, I suppose posting pictures of them to this thread is as good a place as any, right?
