"Did you notice that the left facing letters on the three blocks spell 'RAT' when read from front to back?"

Good eye!

"Take it down a notch."

Huh? I explained why this wasn't a news story. It was originally posted as news. It's now in Bloggers/Personal.

I called nobody names. I insulted nobody. I merely pointed out that this is not a news story. Apparently the mods agree with that assessment.

Notice also that there has been virtually no progress made toward putting the letters together to form the desired word despite the fact that both of them are working on it. I guess it will take a village to put the blocks together in the correct sequence.

ROFL! These look like things I would expect to see on satirical Protest Warrior signs...doesn't this guy (or any other Democrat) know the meaning of the word "subtlety"?

Yes, it's possible that a child can't read because he does not even exist.

There is another point that comes to me and that is that a child can't read because the public schools are perverted with Dim liberal mentalities.

"Using plain and non-judgmental language...

Theodore Dalrymple, an Englishman, wrote an EXCELLENT article called The Frivolity of Evil, about conditions in England's big-city government "plantations":

"But if the welfare state is a necessary condition for the spread of evil, it is not sufficient. After all, the British welfare state is neither the most extensive nor the most generous in the world, and yet our rates of social pathology—public drunkenness, drug-taking, teenage pregnancy, venereal disease, hooliganism, criminality—are the highest in the world. Something more was necessary to produce this result.

For it is necessary not only to believe that it is economically feasible to behave in the irresponsible and egotistical fashion that I have described, but also to believe that it is morally permissible to do so. And this idea has been peddled by the intellectual elite in Britain for many years, more assiduously than anywhere else, to the extent that it is now taken for granted. There has been a long march not only through the institutions but through the minds of the young. When young people want to praise themselves, they describe themselves as "nonjudgmental." For them, the highest form of morality is amorality..."

"Why Mommy is a Democrat"

Because she has the brains, morals and personal hygiene habits of a tree-dwelling rodent.

the elephant was probably chosen because the Ford Excursion with the Bush/Chaney bumper sticker would have been just a bit too obvious.

Hi, paltz:

I just searched Amazon's book section for "Why Mommy Is Democrat" and found no direct links or pages for the title.

Though there is a short list of similar un-friendly titles for those who searched "Why Mommy Is A Democrat".

Jack.

I'm assuming Julia is a woman. So why is it "partner"? Is it some kind of secret gay solidarity thing?
