That the DUmmies love Conyers is enough reason to know that they are beyond hope.

His greatest rant was about sharks swimming the old trade routes from Africa, still looking for slaves to be thrown overboard.

Classic case of Morons of Parade.

How the heck did we get idiots like Conyers in Congress?

"Minority majority district" gerrymandering.

"This is already true with Bully Bill Rhenquist."

They want to start impeaching dead people? Wow, whole new level of insanity.

Have they thought of holding a "Not one damn dime day"?
I'm sure it would absolutely cripple the economy and make the eeeeevil republicans stand up and take notice...

Huh? Didn't work?

OK how about "Not one damn nickle day"! That's the ticket!

I never thought I'd thank DU for a tag line. I feel soiled, somehow.

Yes, I stand corrected. It is hard to keep track of which
Democrat says stupid things.

Amazingly Major Owens, seems dimmer than Pvt. Pyle.

If the Dem's win sufficient seats in November... they'll devote everything they have for Bush's impeachment.

VIOLINS is the answer.

The first thing I thought of when I saw your comment was Emily Litella commenting on "violens"

Whats all this fuss I keep hearing about violins on television? Now why don't parents want their children to see violins on television? Why, I thought the Leonard Burnstein concerts were just lovely. Now, if they only show the violins after 11:00 at night, the little babies will all be asleep. And they won't learn any music appreciation. Why, they'll end up wanting to play guitar, and bongo drums. And go to Africa and join these rock and roll outfits. And they wont drink milk! I say there should be more violins on television! and less game shows! Its terrible! the way they...

Oh this is only DUmmie "violens"...NEVERMIND!

Perhaps the largest applause (save Mr. Conyers intro) was in reaction to the statement that you don't have to still be in office to be impeached. We need to make it clear that this goes beyond election cycles. There is no short term attention span to hide in.. We will impeach and convict them posthumously if necessary.

I like this idea of non-temporal constraints on impeachment. Let's impeach Hillary NOW.

Well he's from Detroit, a city with 9,000 abandoned houses and people exhuming their dead relatives for burial elsewhere. Obviously whoever is left is too stupid to leave also.

More mind-numbingly stupid commentary from the DUmmies. The purpose of impeachment, upon conviction, is removal from office for various kinds of misconduct. The point of "impeaching" someone who is not in office seems elusive.

If "elusive" means "really, really stupid."
