Yes, she facilely mimics the mien of a cobra, striking quickly on the weak and unguarded. Enemy, that is.

She's razor sharp and lightning fast -- she shut down Hillary! while barely pausing for a breath, and did so so severely that the Pantsuit hasn't touched the topic again.

But darnit, she's sweet. And kind. She's generous with her time -- and has demonstrated this over and again both to individuals on this forum and to FreeRepublic as a whole.

So... stop offering her cheeseburgers, please. And steaks. Please? Would you really prefer Rosie's doppelgänger?

And if you just want to bash her book? READ IT FIRST. But ripping into her based on lamestream outtakes is just silly.

I think she's quite beautiful. Which is why I can't believe how many knocks she takes on her looks!

As I stated on another Ann thread I suspect many of those knocking her looks are jealous women refusing to give credit to another female or men typing with the wife looking over the shoulder.

You may be on to something there...

Which is not to say that Coulter can't be someone's "type"... however, while I may not find the curvy Latina, for example, to be the ideal, I can certainly acknowledge that Salma Hayek is exceptionally attractive.

I have found the whole 'Bash Ann' contingent rather disconcerting. But I remember something she said to me in an interview once, something I'll never forget: "Vanity Fair just said something horrible about me? Jesus died for my sins, it's really not that important to me."

LOL. Well, my "knock it off" certainly doesn't carry the same weight, but I'm just hoping folks will pause and remember how good Miss Coulter has been to this site, and at least attempt to keep the disagreements civil, thoughtful, and mature.
