sounds like the Licking County Democratic party is involved too closely to this type of activity. Hughlock is running interference with a Get out the vote effort, and Cherrington may be funding him... wouldn't that be voter intimidation?

Nah, this guy knows these people very well. They're not customers and they aren't violating anything.

Take a look at the domains that are on this machine.

I run several hosting companies for a living. This is not an operational hosting company any longer. It appears that it may have been at one time, but it isn't now. Their entire 'customer' base is this bunch of dems and a couple of personal gaming sites belonging to the owner of chromahost. Believe me, the guy is in on the whole thing.
