Funny situation
Burn Utah coal, pollute Utah air, use Utah water -- and ship the "electric product" to Califlowerland. Since the plant is owned by CA Power and Loot, no local taxes to boot. Looks win/win all the way around.
The plant has a DC transmission line, cool tech.
The folks in Delta get a laugh, all the bad air (such as there is) goes up the valley to SLC. If nothing else, a few more construction jobs for a few years.
We?....WE?.....Who's We? You and the mouse in your pocket? Spare from ugly people who have nothing to do but stick their noses where nobody wants them.
"We" indeed....
FMCDH(BITS)
Yeah... they all look like dudes. And each of them has a bigger set than any liberal man alive
Wayne, did DWP renew their contracts with Intermountain Power?
It looks the majority of IP power is sold to So. California markets (75% of total, 45% to DWP alone).

Paragraphs 1 thru 6, NRDC=MTBE.
Paragraphs & thru 11, selected theory bull.
What's the solution?
Most likely the opposite of what you suggest.
Paragraph 13, The major changes in ocean policy need to come from OTHER NATIONS, our are plenty stringent enough.
