It must be a scary place inside the mind of a DUmmie.

Not only that, but lonely.

The echo inside the head of a DUmmie must be deafening!

...to prevent precisely what is happening to us now?

I have got to ask the question...throughout recorded time, has it EVER been possible "to prevent precisely what is happening to us now?"

Gads, these idiots are a treasure trove of hilarity. I am amused that they decry commercialism and "corporate news organs" and, yet, clamour to buy DVD's (eeek, eeeevil capitalism at work) of a TV programme aired by a commercial broadcasting corporation. I am surprised that they have not driven you to drink, PJ.

"Liberal Christians like me are more spiritual and use our beliefs for good."

What...are you like the Christian "superman"? This just cracks me up! This isn't even a normal martyr complex. This is just WEIRD!

The revolution of the '60s kicked America out of its racist, close-minded, anti-commie, sheeplike behavior. Not just with music, culture, arts, drugs, but with the very perception of reality and society. Sure, not everything was golden or perfect, but it was a great lead forward. We took away shackles of racism, of closed-mindedness, of oppression, and began to fully understand freedom as our forefathers intended.

Isn't it funny (or sad) that the American left pretends to know what the founders "really intended" for the American government to do, while ignoring or misrepresenting everything the founders actually said?

Especially funny is the "anti-commie" remark. I guess authoritarianism ain't so bad so long as it's their kind of authoritarians.

(f*ck you, Gonzales and Cheney)

Senator Feinstein's War Profiteering
by Joshua Frank (of www.Antiwar.com, of all places)
February 28, 2006

[Watery Tart Warning: Raving nuTroots Site]:

...They aren't just a part of the problem – the Democrats are the problem.

...We constantly hear about Dick Cheney's ties to Halliburton and how his ex-company is making bundles off U.S. contracts in Iraq. But what we don't hear about is how Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein and her husband are also making tons of money off the "war on terror."

...Feinstein, who sits on the Senate Appropriations Committee as well as the Select Committee on Intelligence, is reaping the benefits of her husband's investments. The Democratic royal family recently purchased a $16.5 million mansion in the flush Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. It's a disgusting display of war profiteering, and just like Cheney, the leading Democrat should be called out for her offense....

And same to YOU, diane feinstein, (D-CA)

Revolution #1 The revolution of the '60s kicked America out of its racist, close-minded, anti-commie, sheeplike behavior. Not just with music, culture, arts, drugs, but with the very perception of reality and society. Sure, not everything was golden or perfect, but it was a great lead forward. We took away shackles of racism, of closed-mindedness, of oppression, and began to fully understand freedom as our forefathers intended.

NOW I GET IT! This must be the same 60s that algoron's daddy voted against the Civil Rights Act, but the Republicans passed it anyway? THAT decade? THOSE forefathers? THAT close-mindedness?

I'm so glad that spawned the current era of FJBs, "Do you know who I am?" sharing of the wealth, and Mandatory B.O. Plenty Cheesecake Worship.

"We are witnessing the End of America."

There is no pleasing these people...

One time they are claiming Iraq is not a threat but Iran and North Korea are threats we should address instead.

Now that we're getting around to Iran they don't want to deal with Iran.

They are against the death penalty, but still want to kill children without so much as a trial.

They demand we read everyone their rights except the unborn.

They said we didn't have enough troops and now they don't want to send any.

They are against preemptive war but were all for bombing the Yugoslavians.

They were against Saddam Hussein until we aborted him.

They hate America and love Cuba and France but won't leave Americ to go live in France or Cuba.

They've been pushing hard for decades to bring about the end of America and now they're getting cold feet?

Oh, yeah -- I understand those Wal-Mart folks have DVDs for sale... Hey, didn't a certain female co-president sit on the board of this CORPORATION? (Hint for the dense denizens of DU -- think "supersized" recent administrations.)

Hey! Wasn't that movie "Supersize Me" featured on pMSNBC this week? Must be true, then! Kudos to you for adopting it as your very own concept and working it into your conversation! We MUST talk about this "Global Warming" thing of which you speak! Call me! If you're out of minutes again, just use Mom's phone!

If it wasn't for "greedy corporations" they'd all be cold, shivering, starving, defenseless cave liberals, smoking jimson weed and painting pictures of men and women getting sexually molested by cave bears.

They won the election. Maybe it is "the end of America". Which leftist group will take control, and what will happen to the others? Anybody remember the Mensheviks? Who was Trotsky?

I'd be worried, too.

and began to fully understand freedom as our forefathers intended.

I dare say that the vast majority of DUmmies have no clue about the Founders. In fact, I dare say that if the USA were TRULY run as the Founders intended, Liberals would be screaming themselves silly right about now, well, far sillier than they are today. Heck, probably most Conservatives would be complaining too.
