America may become balkanized if more movements like this gain traction.

So you would have Christians in South Carolina, Libertarians in New Hampshire, Howard Deanic types in Vermont, Mexican-Americans in the southwest, the gay community in San Francisco and other large cities, peace loving radicals in enclaves such as Berkeley, all wanting to break free and have their own autonomy.

If he want's to secede by getting on a boat and going somewhere else, fine, but if he tries to disrupt the territorial integrity of the United States, that's treason. And we know what the penalty for that is.
