I would have put the embedded image of the Gravel YouTube video at the top of the DUFU edition but it still can't be done on the FR. However, I've heard changes are on the way.

I just watched the video and I think the meaning is obvious.
He stares into the camera for a minute, throws a rock into the stream and walks away.
After a minute, he is gone and the ripples from the rock have subsided.
Ergo, he means "I may get your attention for now, but after a while, I will be out of sight and no one will remember the little impact I tried to make."
He doesn't realize how right he is . . . . . . . .

Oh jeez, I haven't seen nor heard that word (astral) in over 30 years.
Astral Projection was kind of an 'in thing'. I was into it and one night it was working - scared the Hell out of me.
I also had an older cousin who had a nervous breakdown. She said one person in the nut-house literally lost her mind doing Astral Projection (which is a 'known' side effect if something goes wrong). She told me stopping screwing around with it.

since it has already inspired a PARODY AD from another candidate.Was that from another candidate, or a takeoff on Gravel's add against another candidate? I got the second impression based on the written overlay at the end.
Anyway, the lake area was a lot prettier than that in Gravel's video.
