Murdered gay talk host loved drinking "fascism cola"(drink made by Savage's son)

Interesting: according to lefty blog Blather Watch, murdered gay talk show host Mike Webb (from Seattle) liked to drink RockStar--a beverage labelled as "Fascist Cola" because the founder's dad happens to be...Michael Savage.

"A little memorial has begun on the corner near his Queen Anne house at 3rd Avenue West, and Smith Street with cards and flowers, an in-studio picture of him at KIRO with Rep. Jim McDermott, and producer Jeremy Grater. There's a '40' of his favorite drink, RockStar, and a candle."

Now read this about RockStar: "I'm not conducting a boycott, or looking for anything from you. This is just an informal educational campaign. I think once you have the background, you'll not wish to drink or sell this company's products... Russell Weiner, CEO of Rock Star, is the son of Michael Weiner, known better as extreme right-wing radio talkshow host Michael Savage." (read more below)

So Mike Webb, found murdered in his Seattle home, used to love "fascism cola"...

He was fired from a brief stint at MSNBC after telling a gay caller to "get AIDS and die".

WRONG. He was fired from MS-NBC after being harassed by a heterosexual male who'd been calling to annoy him and responding by telling the caller in THREE DIFFERENT PHRASINGS to "drop dead". The other two methods of demise (choking and parasites from undercooked pork) were not politically protected.

He was specifically targeted. Just as other talk show hosts were targeted by Stalinist "hit squads" who sought to silence conservative talk radio.

CALLER: "Hey Michael Savage, a pleasure to speak with you today. I was flying out of LaGuardia, and there was two undercover security guards. Somebody was smoking in the bathroom"

SAVAGE: "Someone was smoking in the bathroom."

CALLER: "Unbelievable."

SAVAGE: "What happened?"

CALLER: "Half-hour into the flight, I need to suggest that Don and Mike take your [silence] cause your teeth are [unintelligible]

SAVAGE: "Alright, so you're one of those sodomists? Are you a sodomite? "

CALLER: "Yes, I am."

SAVAGE: "Oh, you're one of the sodomites! You should only get AIDS and die, you pig! How's that? [off-screen crew can be heard shouting "Whoa!"] Why don't you see if you can sue me, you pig? You got nothing better than to put me down, you piece of garbage? You got nothing to do today? Go eat a sausage and choke on it. Get trichinosis. OK, do we have another nice caller here who's busy because he didn't have a nice night in the bathhouse and is angry at me today? Huh? Get me another one, put another sodomite on! No more calls? I don't care. Let's go to the next scene. I don't care about these bums, they mean nothing to me. They're all sausages."

Savage Fired After Anti-Gay Remarks to Yolo County Man (Sacramento Bee July 8, 2003)

Bob Foster, the rural Yolo County man who has taken to terrorizing TV and radio shows with prank phone calls, says his hobby "is all about getting a reaction."

[ snip ]

"I'm not gay. But they're calling me derogatory gay names. It goes on and on. They're disregarding what Savage said and putting the blame on me for him losing his job. It's ridiculous.

[ snip ]

MSNBC spokesman Jeremy Gaines says Savage was fired immediately after the broadcast.

"In reaction to a hostile caller, Savage made an extremely inappropriate comment," Gaines says. "The decision to cancel the program ('Savage Nation') was not difficult

The RockStar “zero calorie” formula is by far the best “energy drink” out there.

I did not know that he owned this company. I encourage you to try RockStar. My husband and I love it. I recommend the sugar-free varieties in the electric blue cans or the white cans. The product in the blue cans taste fruity, and the product in the white cans tastes like a combo of Sprite and Mountain Dew. I don’t like Mountain Dew, but this stuff tastes great.

Point of order . . . Rockstar isn’t soda or cola. It’s an energy drink, like Red Bull or Monster.

"The antifreeze-colored, cough-syrup-flavored beverage can only be enjoyed if you’re taking drugs."

Now THAT is funny!

That’s a good question. Are they angry because of their outlook on life and politics or does that particular outlook on life and politics make one an angry person?

100% right. Any one who stayed in academia, as long as Weiner did, would not be the 'Michael Savage' that we hear on radio. It is all an act.

Just follow the money. Who he donates to is a pretty good indication of his real political leanings.

vetvetdog:

you wrote:

This butt surfer was murdered and somehow its’ Weiner’s fault that requires a boycott of Rockstar drink? I fail to see the logic.

I do have to reply:

Does the LEFT ever need any LOGIC on anything? I Wonder if he drank Coca Cola, would the left ask for boycotts?? Doubt it. I think it is because the founder is Mike’s son.

I wonder if his lover killed him? I mean, Straights get killed by their lovers, so it could be. What happened if his lover did it and he drank Pepsi??

What consistently isn’t told from that incidence was that Michael was given the off-air signal by his producer, thats why he went after the caller like he did. He was setup by his producer all along. They knew who this caller was, and what he was going to do that’s why he passed the screen.

The only murder that ever happened on my old block (that I know about) was a homosexual guy beaten to death by his “friend”.

It was an upscale, family neighborhood and we were all so shocked to see the yellow tape out the next day.
