Illegal Alien Population As High As 38 Million
One News Now ^ | October 5, 2007 | Jim Brown

A new report finds the Homeland Security Department "grossly underestimates" the number of illegal aliens living in the U.S. Homeland Security's Office of Immigration Studies released a report August 31 that estimates the number of illegal aliens residing in the U.S. is between 8 and 12 million. But the group Californians for Population Stabilization, or CAPS, has unveiled a report estimating the illegal population is actually between 20 and 38 million.

Ask the same people who estimate civilian deaths in Iraq, or protesters at an anti-war demonstration — they’d tell you it’s hundreds of millions.

38 Million?

I’d easily believe that.

The game maybe over already...

they’d tell you it’s hundreds of millions.

But only if it suited their political goals!

We'll just need a few more busses to take them out, that's all.

We'll give them a group rate !

I’ll give them my beater S15 extended cab pickup if they put 10 of their countrymen in it and head for the border. I’ll even pay for the first tank of gas.

The “virtual” fence Chertoff talks about will surely stop more from coming.

Imagine what 30 million deportees would do to Mexican politics. They would force a change pronto. Deporting these people would be doing their own country a favor, helping to precipitate the reforms needed.

Here’s my standard post. We can do something about this.

RICO —Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.

Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.

RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.

In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens.

Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.

A 25% surcharge tax on foreign money transfers would send alot of them home.

I said on another thread months ago that the real numbers were between 30-40 million.

You can tell by the changes in just the last few years, from when the numbers were first set at 12 million. The current footprint is just overwhelming. Rather than a few cities with a concentration of illegals, they are everywhere in America now - small towns, major cities, border states, interior and northern states, every hotel, construction site, resturant - everywhere, and in large numbers.

The people who are supposed to keep track of this stuff are well aware of or could derive these actual big numbers based on indicators like school census, sales growth of certain food products like corn meal, but it is politically incorrect to admit it since it would arouse the public and interfere with the cheap labor advocates.

Pretty soon, guys, you will be pressing 2 for English.
And don’t think the majority Latino population will give you the same rights you gave them as illegals.

LOL! I'll donate my husband's Ford van and volunteer to clean it out. I'll even donate some lawn chairs to the cause which should mean it will hold at least 20 of them. And yes, I'll pay for the first tank although I shudder to think what that will set me back.

If we don’t know who these illegal aliens are and where they are living as the buffoons in Congress are claiming, WHY ARE WE ALLOWING THE CENSUS TAKERS TO TALK TO THEM AND ALSO TO COUNT THEM? This is dumb. Just plain stupid.

Should be good for at least twenty, if you kick in free taco's.

I would not doubt 38 million.

Bush left both the FRONT AND BACK DOORS OPEN! Dammit!

As I see some some local communities already start to back-track/backdown from their initial position of cracking down on illegal aliens, after either being sued or threatened with ACLU suits, petition campaigns, very potent media crusades calling them "racist", and marches in the street by millions, I am beginning to think that the end phase is already being entered into for our Republic and that we have passed the tipping point where we cannot get our country back, save through more 1776-type action(s).

At least this is the view from afar, from overseas.
