MORE ON THE FASCIST RESONANCES IN OBAMA
A WESTERN HEART ^ | John Ray

I note that someone else has seen the similarities between Obama's campaign and the campaigns of Adolf Hitler. So I thought I might put up a few more quotes about Hitler's appeal that sound very much like Obama's:

As this writer noted:

When brainwashers spoke to Germans after the war, as part of efforts to "psychoanalyze'' the Nazi experience, they found few remembered any specific content in Hitler's speeches. Almost all could remember being part of the experience, if they were in attendance, and most remembered the "excitement'' in listening to them on the radio. The words 'hypnotic'' and "mesmerizing'' were the most used to describe the Fuehrer's voice. Even some people who professed to have disagreed with the Nazis grudgingly claimed that Hitler was a "a spellbinding speaker.''

And note this comment:

"It was a sincere Hitler that they knew, whose words burned into the most secret recesses of their minds and rebuked them for their own shortcomings. It was the Hitler who would lead them back to self-respect because he had faith in them. This fundamental conception of Hitler made a beautiful foundation for a propaganda build-up. He was so convincing on the speaker's platform

The more I learn about Obama, the more parallels I see between him and Adolf Hitler.

Like Hitler Obama is a racist for the same basic reason Hitler was a racist — They were not full members of the majority ethnic group - Obama is half white and Hitler was part Jewish. This is a situation that set up a struggle in each man's mind to prove that they are the ultimate "American" and/or "German." The way to do this is to become the supreme ruler.

Hitler’s speeches in the 1920s and early 30’s were of the same emotionalist and irrationalist drivel that is today the standard speech of Obama.

By 1932 the Nazi Party of Hitler numbered in the millions and was posed to take over the bureaucracy of the German Republic. The same is true of the Democrat Party today, which like the Nazi Party of Germany in 1932 already has in place a Fifth Column within the Federal Government.

And let us not forget that Hitler was called a “Messiah” by millions of Germans even before he came into power....The same is true of Obama in regards to millions of Americans who call him a “Messiah” and think of him in religious terms.

Finally, I would note that today’s America has many ominous parallels with Germany’s Weimar Republic. The office of President in our Republic like the office of Chancellor in the Weimar Republic offers the ambitious man an excellent opportunity to become dictator.

God Save The United States of America!

There must be some seriously weak minds out there. His words seem thin and treadworn to me when he speaks.

Sure didn’t take long for a Nazi connection to be made.

Yeah, but he’s just a lightweight, not a Hitler. This is a drama queen post if ever I read one.

Of course, they do, Free Vulcan! And to me as well! But you see we are rational and intelligent creatures of logic, reason and facts. Obama is an educated creature of irrationalism and emotionalism that appeals mainly to the below average, collectivists and mystics.

The bad news is that the majority of citizens in this country are below average in intelligence, collectivists and mystics that make an Obama presidency a very possible.

The good news is that a Radical Republican minority of Americans are revolutionists who have read THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE and own guns.

The first of many I’m sure after Obama gets the nomination and the campaign gets into high gear later this year!

I see many ominous parallels in Hitler and Obama — both were/are racists, both hate(d) their countries, both were great speech makers, both have been called “Messiahs,” both were/are collectivists, both were/are allies with Islam, both were/are anti-Semites.....Etc, etc...

Obama a “lightweight?” Maybe a “Hitler Lightweight” in that to my knowledge he hasn’t written an updated “My Struggle” — but to give the devil his due, Obama is highly intelligent and generally gets what he goes after — I’d say no “lightweight” becomes a Senator and after only a few years stands not far from the presidency — Only someone with a fire in his belly and a radical agenda that he wants to become reality could accomplish this extremely difficult task....This is a very dangerous man who wants to destroy our Republic and we should not underestimate him the way the German Republicans underestimated Hitler.

I do not think that Obama’s rhetoric is empty. I am of the opinion that he is skillfully using soaring rhetoric to make desire fact; desire becomes policy position.

I don’t hear people saying, “I agree with his policies and positions,” I hear, “I believe in Obama.”

Rather than write it off as empty, I would like to see someone do a thesis-level analysis of Obama’s rhetoric.

From an historical perspective, Obama’s rhetoric frightens me. I see it as an abusive exploitation of the human religious sentiment in the service of progressivism's political religion.

An interesting article to read for background:

"The Abusive Exploitation of the Human Religious Sentiment" -

Michael Burleigh as Historian of "Political Religion"

Speaking of Obama as Messiah, did you see this website entitled, “Hitler as Messiah and God?”

http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Stadium/6712/hitleras.htm

My guess is that Obama learned from Islam the importance of the making the religious the political — you don’t have to prove anything — it is thus because Obama says it is so — and you can command absolute authority and be God-like.

The USA 2008 or Germany 1938 — The women go wild over a political/religious leader.....

College Park, Maryland - You can see it in their flushed-face smiles and hear it in their screams. They say the phenomenon is difficult to describe, but once they experience it they tell their friends, sisters, mothers and daughters, and they come back for more if they can.

“He’s very charismatic. It was a ‘you-had-to-be-there’ kind of experience,” said Lolita Breckenridge, 37, after hearing Democratic White House hopeful Barack Obama address a packed rally at the University of Maryland on Monday.

A dedicated supporter, she brought two of her friends to hear the Illinois senator deliver one of his much-talked-about speeches.

“Not too much of the speech was new to me,” she admitted. “But hearing him live...” she trailed off, shaking her head and grinning.

When Obama addressed the crowd of 16 000 on the eve of primaries which he is tipped to win in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC, he carried himself with his habitual worldly confidence, interspersed talk of foreign policy with recollections of his childhood and even poked political fun at his Republican adversaries.

He did not flinch when women screamed as he was in mid-sentence, and even broke off once to answer a female’s cry of “I love you Obama!” with a reassuring: “I love you back.”

Chilling...and Ominous....

More proof that the founders knew exactly why they did not want women voting! The day they were given the vote is the day the fate of this nation was sealed. Women are wonderful people but they should not make decisions that call for logic, most of them are just not logical.

Well the move to merge the DNC with his campaign was eerily similar to what Hitler did to the German government.

Now certainly Obama is a bit more normal of a person simply because he did marry and he did father children, Hitler married Eva Braun at the last minute. Now it is true that in the church, much is being made of fatherhood in the black community. To be married, a father, and reasonably stable is a much lauded ideal, Hitler stayed single for political purposes, he would have married Braun earlier otherwise, so who knows.

We have a certain weakening of our constitutional rights by the Bush administration in response to the events of 911. Not the same as what was done to the German constitution by Heinrich Brüning but a weakening just the same that is expoitable.

We have the doctrine of hate in the form of Black Liberation theology resulting in African-American adherants feeling as though they have been wronged and exploited and that their present situation is entirely the fault of white people. Compare that to the way in which German people felt as though they had been wronged and exploited and that their situation was entirely the fault of the Jewish people.

Obama has left a mess on his way up the ladder, his housing initiatives were an unmitigated disaster according to the Boston Globe. Rather than paying any attention to cleaning up his messes though, he just comes up with bigger and more outlandish plans, ever more detached from fiscal reality. At least Hitler made the trains run on time, some of what he accomplished was nothing short of a miracle, but at such an unimaginably unacceptable price. Obama has some organizational skills, but I don’t think that will translate into any public good. I think the only real result will be a short term gain by his doners taking advantage of cracks in his health care plan and public school initiatives before the wheels come off the wagon, as it were.

I don’t know if Obama is as egotistical as Hitler, that is the question. Now he has certainly lied about a bunch of biographical stuff to achieve the “correct” image. He lied about his parents meeting at Selma, he lied about his grandfather enlisting the day Pearl Harbor was bombed, he lied about his uncle helping to liberate Auschwitz. All of these lies turned details of family members lives into symbols crafted by Obama. What do we make of this?

I do think the parallels are too similar to ignore, certainly the speeches are a dead giveaway. I really hope he loses and loses big! The more I see, the worse it gets.
