Examine the Cook County land records:
The deed for the house that the Obamas purchased for $300k less than the asking price is from Frederic Wondisford and his wife, Sally Radovic, to the Obamas Northern Trust Company Land Trust #10209 (established as such for confidentiality) is dated 15 June 2005 and is recorded 21 June 2005 as Document #0517233010. Declared value is $1,650,000.00.
The deed for the vacant lot is from Wondisford/Radovic to Rita M. Rezko. This deed is dated 15 June 2005 and recorded a day earlier, on 20 June 2005 as Document #0517133004. Declared value is $625,000.00.
Examination of the Cook County records very clearly indicates that Rita M. Rezko conveyed the entire lot to Obamas Northern Trust Company Land Trust #10209 on 11 January 2006 and recorded 16 February 2006 as Document #0604733162. Declared value is $104,500.00.
VERY IMPORTANTLY, thorough and careful examination of all Cook County land records fails to locate a deed back to Rita M. Rezko from the Obamas Northern Trust Company Land Trust #10209.
There is a wild deed indicated from Rita M. Rezko to 5050 S. Greenwood LLC. This is an Illinois limited liability corporation with the same address as Rezmar Corporation that is registered to the indicted Tony Rezko. (This deed is considered wild because it is not supported by any ownership deed from the Obamas Land Trust.)
Furthermore, Tony Rezkos registered corporation, 5050 S. Greenwood LLC, then pledges the entire vacant lot in favor of a mortgage THAT IS STILL OPEN with Fifth Third Bank for the amount of $375,000.00. This is Document #0703357023 recorded 2 February 2007.
THUS, THE ENTIRE VACANT LOT IS TITLED TO SEN. BARACK AND MICHELLE OBAMA (IN THEIR LAND TRUST FOR CONFIDENTIALITY) AND ALLOWED BY SENATOR BARACK AND MICHELLE OBAMA TO BE PLEDGED BY A TONY REZKO CORPORATION TO SECURE A LOAN.
This is contrary to what has been stated by Senator Obama; contrary to what has been stated by Senator Obamas campaign staff: and contrary to what has been reported.
It must be noted that a seemingly intelligent Harvard educated attorney does not make such unknowing errors as stated above. The above is obvious intent not oversight.
Like Cattle Futures and Whitewater and Casa Grande before them, this ain’t goin’ nowhere............

That does not necessarily make it go away, but that is what they will try.
Still when you line up Rezko with Ayers, Wright, Farrakahn, and so many others...Obama who is Hussein may not be able to skate.
PDF’d copies of the documents would be helpful since all the media could then ask all their stupid questions about it before admitting that it didn’t make sense on its face and something hinky is indicated.
But without being able to see the documents, this is all hearsay and nobody in the MSM will pick up on it. Not even Sean Hannity (who would beat this like a rented mule).
Somebody with access to the Cook County land records would be advised to check out these assertions.
If they are correct, it's serious malfeasance. If they're not, it's nothing much.
Not that a serious malfeasance would make any difference to the MSM. They like this guy...unless they become convinced he can't win.

I think if this was legit, it would be something other than a blog comment, heck, the person could copy them and send to drudge or for free, sign up for their own blog and post scanned images.
I dont see the actual documents at the Recorder of Deeds, but it does appear that the poster is on to something. Obambi claims that he bought one-sixth of the lot from Rita Rezko for about 100K and change but there is no transaction matching that description. It appears she sold him something for 575K (a gift of another 50K as she paid 625K IIRC).
Where it really gets sleazy is that we’ve been led to believe that Rita R sold it to an attorney (Poulos) who now has it on the market. Nope. **Obama** sold it to him, presumably to make the whole thing smell less bad than it does.
Someone should be on this. At the very least the press should be asking why the facts were not accurately reported by Obambi’s campaign.

Now I do see the transaction for 104K. The problem is that there is another transaction between her and what appears to be his trust(?)for the full lot. But maybe that entity is not his trust?
That would explain why this poster thinks she sold him the whole lot. It’s a question of whether Northern Trust and 5050 Greenwood both refer to Obama. If so, something here is sleazy like the poster says.
After giving this another five minutes of thought, I suspect this is not suspicious after all. I am thinking that after Rita Rezko bought the lot as an individual, she decided that she should not keep ownership that way (almost certainly related to their legal problems). So she transferred the lot to a corporate entity called Greenwood LLC. The poster mistook that transaction for her selling the entire parcel to Obama.
She didnt. She just transferred it from personal to corporate ownership, the latter being an LLC in which she presumably had an interest.
Doesn’t this transaction seem a bit ... er ... convoluted?
