Apparently some dolt has been posting my blogs in serene places of femininity across the internet from the emails being forwarded to me concerning Stanley Ann Dunham’s revenge on America in installing the 3rd world jungle fever for which America is not going to appreciate the machete cure.
It was a travel through the looking glass on election theft eve as there were blacks looking like it was 1865 and they just get set off the plantation. No one though in the black community looking to Barack Hussein Obama, a white Arab, quite was asked to explain how a faux black Indonesian is suddenly going to make blacks free at last.
Those blacks like Oprah Winfrey glowing in the after moistness of an Obamanasm have had Martin King, Jesse Jackson, Maxine Waters, Thurgood Marshall, Colin Powell in the highest positions of power including Charlie Rangel. None of these blacks did blacks one bit of good, including multi millionaire Oprah, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, Whoopie Goldberg, Danny Glover and whoever else one wants to toss in from Louis Farrakhan to Malcolm X.
What on earth makes blacks think that their liberal black socialists who have helped usher in the welfare enslavement of blacks along with the idiocy that electing someone who looks black is going to make one bit of difference to the black mother with 3 sons in the state pen?
I will point out that Richard liberal Daley runs Chicago and community organizer Barack Obama was all over South side Chicago and the entire socialist orb had more blacks in prison and more slums being built by Obama and Tony Rezko than before.
So forgive the reality of the situation, but when is Barack Obama going to utter his word from the mount just as was uttered to blacks in 1866 that America was not free ride and all blacks were going to have to go to the plantation and do the same work they were doing before, but this time for poverty wages.
Barack Obama are you going to inform blacks this now or just let it soak in for a few years as you eat cake and they are selling dime bags to make a living, but feeling oh so much better that a white Arab is in office looking all black.
The biggest losers in this are going to be blacks. Obama has already shown his corruption in funnelling money to black supporters. This time it will be billions instead of millions flowing into corrupt payoffs. It won’t be Obama that ends up in prison but the black people feeding at the Obama trough.
I honestly feel for black Americans when they find out the fraud they just dreamed themselves into, because there is no more affirmative action, no more excuses of racism and no more pretending they are owed a thing in the United States because they got one of their own who looks like them in the White House in they are now “the man”.
Come on now, don’t be shy, we know who you are, don’t we little jeremiah? Read it all. Then come and speak up for your zero-messiah! Born in the US of A? A natural-born citizen? Good lord, he’s less of an American than I am, and I’m a naturalized Australian born in Europe!
That usurper is a total FAKE!

[My interview tonight on The Chalice Show - 9:05 -11:00 EST - will be the last you’re going to hear from me on this issue for some time.]
The case has been made as to the Constitutional process necessary to challenge President Obama’s qualifications for office. I call him President because he is President - under our Constitution - unless and until the District Court for the District of Columbia finds him ineligible. That is the only venue of review currently available under the law.
The case has also been thoroughly made that Obama is not a natural born citizen with regard to the presumption discussed in Marbury v. Madison by Chief Justice Marshall. That case stands for the nullification of the argument that one becomes eligible to be President through 14th Amendment citizenship (if born in the US). Chief Justice Marshall has spoken from the grave on this issue, and he holds that such a construction is “inadmissible”.
In parts 1, 2 and 3 of my quo warranto legal brief, I laid the case out for the various processes under the District of Columbia Code available to law enforcement officials as well as private plaintiffs and attorneys.
So far, not a single “eligibility advocate” has used the statute - the only national law which uses the word “usurper” in its very text. As they scream usurper at Obama, they patently ignore the only statute empowered to remove him. And yet the “donate” buttons keep getting pushed. And those cases continue to be rightfully dismissed.
People deserve exactly what they settle for.
I am not a carnival barker or circus aficionado. The law I write about is that of legal fact not fanciful fiction based on clumsy metaphorical wordplay meant to confuse. When I write about the law, that writing is grounded in the Constitution, statutes and SCOTUS interpretations as precedent. If the law makes it hard for me to find a path to justice, I do not go about blasting justice away for the sake of getting the result I want.
To commit blasphemy against the Constitution’s separation of powers would be a sin against justice. True enemies of the Constitution care not if they destroy it by installing an ineligible president or if they destroy it by seeing him removed unconstitutionally.
If your ultimate intention is to destroy the Constitution, both results are a win for you.
WHAT CAN BE DONE?
You can make a stand. That’s what can be done.
